Every missed call is a new patient booking with the practice down the street.
Wring.me is a voice assistant for dental practices. It picks up on the first ring, takes the patient through history, insurance and reason for visit in plain conversation, and hands your team a complete intake before the chair is ever filled.

First ring, every ring — Tuesday lunchtime and Sunday midnight alike. New patients get a warm greeting by practice name; existing ones are recognised and routed. Nobody hears a queue, and nobody hears a recording pretending to be a person.
Medical history, medications, allergies, last cleaning, the tooth that actually hurts — asked conversationally and followed up when an answer needs it. Insurance is captured while the patient is still on the line.
A structured intake lands in your inbox before the call ends, with a one-paragraph summary and a flag on anything a clinician should read twice. Your front desk reviews; it never retypes.
Press play to hear Wring.me pick up after hours, take a new patient through intake, and hand the practice a finished record. Tap any line to jump to it.

Recorded on a live Wring.me line at a test practice. The caller is a simulated patient, so no real patient information is involved; Wring.me’s side of the call is unedited.
No clipboard, no tablet in the waiting room, no half-finished form scanned at the desk. The patient talks for four minutes on their own time; your team reads a finished record on theirs.
“Every ring is a patient who didn’t have to wait, and a chart that’s already full when they call.”

No. Most practices keep their published number and forward it to the one Wring.me provisions — we walk you through the carrier-specific steps and confirm forwarding is live before you go live. Prefer a dedicated new number instead? That's the default and it's ready in seconds.
You get 30 days free, capped at 500 call minutes. A card is required to start the trial, and unless you cancel before it ends you'll be billed $299/mo automatically.
Every inbound call the assistant answers counts toward your 1,000 included minutes per month. Usage beyond that is billed at $0.18/minute — no plan changes or overage caps to manage.
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like — there's no contract or minimum term.
Anything urgent or outside what the assistant should resolve on its own is flagged for live transfer to your front desk, and every call still gets a written summary in your inbox either way.
No — it's built to back them up, not stand in for them. Set up the way most practices use it, Wring.me picks up the calls your team can't get to: during lunch, after hours, or while they're helping the patient in front of them. It handles the repetitive intake questions so your staff can spend their time on the people in the office, and anything that needs a human touch still comes straight to them.
Yes. Turn on "Ring the front desk first" in your practice settings. During business hours, every call rings your front desk first, and the caller just hears normal ringing. Staff hear "Wring.me call — press 1 to accept" and pick up as usual. If nobody accepts within the ring time you choose (10 to 45 seconds), Wring.me answers. After hours, Wring.me answers right away. Calls your team takes don't count toward your minutes.
Yes. The simplest way is "Ring the front desk first" (above): your team gets first pick during business hours, and Wring.me answers after hours or whenever nobody picks up. You forward your calls to Wring.me once, with no busy or no-answer forwarding to set up with your carrier. If you'd rather control it from your phone system, you can instead forward only some calls to Wring.me, and we'll walk you through the setup for your carrier.
The assistant treats every caller as a patient until it's clear they're selling something. Then it takes their name, company, and message, and wraps up politely. Those calls are flagged as likely sales calls in your call list and kept out of your patient records and appointment requests. If one gets flagged by mistake, your staff can correct it in one click.
Yes. If a caller explicitly asks for a human, the assistant forwards the call to your front desk — just add a transfer number in your practice settings.
Yes. Every practice starts with sensible default screening questions for each call type — emergencies, new appointments, reschedules and cancellations, billing and insurance, and general questions. You can edit, add, or remove questions anytime from your dashboard.
Call data is encrypted and handled with dental patient privacy in mind. If you have specific compliance questions, reach out to support@wring.me and we'll walk through it.
Yes. Wring.me can send SMS appointment reminders, confirmations, and cancellation notices to patients, and patients can reply to ask questions. Message and data rates may apply, and patients can opt out anytime by replying STOP. See our SMS Consent Process, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy for details.
